You can include a URL in the Notes field when you save a route but it will only be saved as text rather than HTML, so won't be an active link. If you want to share a link with your route, the best way to do this is to post it as a Comment once on the View Route page once you've saved the route.

Can you add a URL in the route description to give a link? (I can't seem to paste at all when editing the description)
