From the View Route page, select DOWNLOAD from the menu above the map.

Not sure if it's fixed yet - but just becareful when it's a GPX ROute - i think plotaroute currently does not record the last waypoint (destination).

The missing waypoint at the end of GPX Route downloads has been fixed now.
