Hi Willy - our turn arrows are currently generated from the shape of the route rather than the directions text, so very occasionally you may experience a difference. We may change this at some point in the future.

By retrace I reconstructed part of an MTB circuit. https://www.plotaroute.com/map/979030
Correct Direction/Notes are generated, but some turns do not automatically obtain the turn Icon. At download (fit) empty Icons are promoted into PointType 'Straight".
