Just use 'Save as new route' in save dialogue.

This feature might already be available, but I can't see how to do it. Is it possible to to use a route you've already planned as a template for a new route? What I mean by that is can you edit a route already planned, make changes/ additions and then save it as a new route while keeping the original route as it was?
