Hi,
we did not see any bug about ploting a route with our tools. A bug has been fixed on the 9th August, which had an impact on our services, but it was corrected in few hours.
If you still encounter this problem, I advise you to contact us (admin@plotaroute.com) => please do not hesitate to attach screenshots of the problem, and give us as details as possible (account associated, quality of the network, etc.).
Kind regards,
I agree
>I don't think Visorando have reported back in the Forum
There was a helpful presence several weeks ago but that seems to have vanished.
I raised a potential bug report a few weeks ago and have not had any response, despite admin stating "Please do not hesitate to send us your feedback so that we can continue to improve these tools".
I guess this doesn't bode well.
Obviously a server end problem.
I don't think Visorando have reported back in the Forum
Now, a few hours later it is working fine and I didn't do anything different.
I have the same problem
I keep getting this message when trying to replot no matter what route I try to edit. Can you help? Sorry - we were unable to auto-plot to this point. Please try again or turn off the Auto-Plot switch.
Thank you very much! This has worked and I now have a 16km route to have fun with :)
Hi Sophie - you'll need to temporarily turn the Auto-Plot switch off if the auto-plot routing won't follow a path on the map. You could also try changing the Auto-Plot switch to a different setting - it is likely that the problem is due to the path not being explicity designated on the OpenStreetMap database for the mode of travel you have selected. We have further advice on checking and updating the OSM maps here: how to make changes to OSM based maps.

I'm trying to plot a route at Greenham Common in Newbury and there is a "Yellow Route" mapped out will blue dots like you see on the canal paths etc but it won't let me plot a route over it. I have done it before (because I saved a route which I am now extending) but it won't let me go onto it. It's the main path so can't work out why this is.
Any ideas? FYI it lets me plot over the canal path route and this error apply regardless of map option.
