Hi Eric - the best way to do this is to turn the Auto-Plot switch on, drag the Start marker to where you want the new start point to be and then use the Edit Section feature (click the Toolbox button to access this) to make any changes needed to the new section between the old and new start points.

Is it possible to extend a route by adding sections before the current start?
