I am plotting a walking route through a city and want to be able to direct people to take exterior stairs up to a green roof garden. Instead I have had to create a route that stays on the street level and walks around the perimiter of the location rather than through the garden and pedestrian plaza.

I'm afraid plotaroute.com isn't designed for mapping on different floor levels.
