Hi John

I recently created this route

www.plotaroute.com/route/362503

and added in a number of coursepoints, with associated notes.

Those notes were split over several lines, with a carriage return between them ie a hard line feed

Going back into the route, I can see that the CR has been replaced by the letter 'n'

Is this expected behaviour, or a bug?

I'm thinking it might be a bug, where the newline is supposed to be represented by \n, but the '\' is somehow getting dropped, or not interpreted correctly?

Hi Ian - thanks for flagging this up. This is a problem that we're aware of but don't have a solution to at present. For the moment it is best to avoid carraige returns in the directions.
