To print off the directions, select 'View' to view the route (e.g. from your My Routes page), select DIRECTIONS from the menu above the map, click the PRINT DIRECTIONS button just above the directions table in the left panel.

The labels only show up on the route in the print preview (and thus print out) if you put something in the Dircections/Notes Field. Sometimes the symbols show up normal, sometimes they are just a gray square box.

Are the labels and symbols only showing in the printed directions if you put something in the Directions/Notes field? I'll see if we can fix that if that's the case.

I had this problem too. I found you have to enter something in the "edit notes at" box. I just put the cursor there and hit the space bar. Then they print out on the map. If you don't do this, they will not print out. I don't know why this is.

Hi Pat - if you want notes to show in the printed directions and also on the map, the best way to do this is to add labels to the map (in the directions panel).

I AM ADDING REST STOP LOCATIONS TO THE MAP AND THEY ARE NOT SHOWING IN THE PRINTED VERSION AND ON THE CUE SHEET.
