Im sure im missing something...
Labels can't be moved, so you would need to add a new label at the new location and delete the old one.
John
Thanks
How do you delete or edit a label you created?
Hi Marcy - you can edit or delete a label by clicking on it when editing the route in the route planner.

Sorry, John, but I must be missing something. I have tried to click on my label, while in edit mode, but it doesn't do anything. I've tried clicking on the symbol associated with the label, I've tried clicking on the label, I've tried holding the shift or alt while clicking, nothing brings me to a place where I can edit the label or symbol. If I click to much it will add to the route, but it won't let me edit the label. Help! :)
I can't seem to be able to reproduce this problem here Marcy. Did you click the "Edit This Route" button at the top of the map? When you move your mouse over the label the cursor should change to a hand shape - does this happen? Can you try zooming in the make sure there is nothing else nearby?
John
I'm very frustrated. Yes, I click "Edit This Route" on the top of the map. Yes, when I move my mouse over the label, the cursor turns into a hand shape, yet nothing happens when I click the left mouse button at this point. (I've tried right clicking as well, just for the heck of it, and still nothing.) Yes, I've zoomed in to be certain I'm clicking the correct point. Can you try it on my map? The map I'm trying to edit is, 541751 175th Anniversary Exploration Blue Route (West).
I'm trying to change the last stop on the route (St. Bruno's) to have a "10" blue label, instead of a "9" blue label. I don't know what else to try.
I've changed that for you Marcy. I'm not sure why it wasn't working for you, but it's hard to tell from here. Out of interest, can you let me know what browser you are using please, so I can retry it here in the same browser?
John
Thank you very much. I'm using Firefox. I never thought to change browsers. I could have easily tried it in Chrome. I greatly appreciate your assistance.
