Hi Dave - you can either include a link to your route on plotaroute.com or you can embed an interactive map directly on your blog. You can access both by selecting SHARE when viewing or editing a route. You can find the SHARE option under the drop down menu when viewing a route (click MENU in the top right above the map) or in the action panel in the bottom right corner of the map when editing a route in the route planner.
