Hi Callis - I've not seen that happen before. Can you let me know what browser you are using please and I'll see if I can reproduce the problem here? Do you have an alternative browser you can try as well?

Hi John, not sure what I'm missing but I don't have a gear icon in the top right corner of my route planner. I watched the tutorial and it appears I'm missing a top menu bar with a lot of functionality.

Hi Poppy - You can switch between miles and km in the Settings panel on the route planner. To access this click the gear icon in the top right corner of the route planner.
