Run Walk For Life Mondeor is a club established to help anyone wishing to start walking or running for health or fitness purposes. Medical science has proved that regular, moderated exercise is beneficial to most medical conditions, particularly High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Obesity and Pregnancy. We apply progressive fitness principles to personalised programmes, carefully monitored by our registered professional Coach. Training is from starter level through to Ultra Marathons.
