We are a friendly running club catering for a variety of abilities from first steps to elite athlete. Whatever your current level we have other runners just like you and everyone is keen to help you meet your goals.
In return for your membership we have a group of dedicated volunteer runners and coaches offering weekly support, ongoing encouragement, being part of a team and a number of opportunities to represent the club.
