Evolved from Walking for Health, Linkage and Ramblers Wellbeing walks aimed at over 60s.
Under Ramblers rules, walks limited to three miles though we occasionally do the slightly longer walk.
No membership and no fees or charges.
Each walker asked to complete a health questionnaire on first walk only. Thereafter registering with Walk Leader on each walk attended. All walks start and end points accessed by public transport, usually bus but occasionally train.
